Position of social block after disabling newsletter box

I disabled the newsletter box and now the social block is slightly left of center rather than right aligned like it used to be.

 

Can I get instructions on how to fix that?

Also unrelated but when I start live edit I get an error message about unable to load module list -- what is that?

Using bootstrap-default as the theme and 1.6.0.11 as the version of PrestaShop

In global.css look for

.footer-container #footer #social_block {
    float: left;
    padding: 22px 15px 0;
    width: 50%;
}

Remove width: 50%; and it will float to left. If you want it to float right change float:left to float:right
