Change layout of order despatch details to match existing layout.

I am upgrading to Prestashop and need to move the final process across from an existing system.

 

There is an existing form to print which has a removable address label and order description underneath on a seperate area but all on the same A4 sheet. In despatch the lable is peeled off and the rest of the A4 sheet order confirmation is then folded and put in with the order as confirmation for the customer.

 

Are there any recommendations as to an existing repost or order confirmation I could edit the layout of to match these layour requirements the best way ? Basically the despatch department will log onto the backend of the Prestashop site and click on the relevant order and print from there.

OK so I got most of what I needed doing done by hacking about with the .tpl files - this is going to go wrong when I upgrade next....

 

I need to move a couple of elements and have attached a graphic to show you what I mean, hope you can advise.

Is there software I can use to visually wysiwyg edit the .tpl files ?
