White screen after confirmation

Hello,

 

I am fairly new to prestashop, so i need some help

 

After we confirm a purchase i get a blank screen.

 

This is my configuration page:

 

CONTROLEER UW CONFIGURATIE

Verplichte parameters Oké

Optionele parameters Repareer aub de volgende fout(en)

• magicquotes

 

This is the debug page on the black page:

 

Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty Compiler: Syntax error in template "/home/deb17305n3/domains/it-ok.nl/public_html/shop/themes/theme954/mails/nl/order_conf_product_list.txt" on line 2 "{$product[\'reference\']}" - Unexpected "\" <-- thrown in /home/deb17305n3/domains/it-ok.nl/public_html/shop/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line 2

 

Can someone help me with this?

Hallo,

 

Ik had zojuist hetzelfde probleem.

En heb het als volgt opgelost: kopieer je ../mails/nl/order_conf_product_list.txt en maak er bijv. van order_conf_product.list.txtold (gewoon voor de zekerheid)

Vervolgens verwijder je de ../mails/nl/order_conf_product_list.txt van je server en probeer nu een order

 

Bij mij werkte het.

your server runs with magic quotes

you have to disable this in your environment configuration.

after that you will have to remove backslashes from email template manually
