Out of Stock Message not in translations

I know this relates to similar posts but I can't seem to find anyone with the exact same issue.

 

On products>Quantities I have the "When out of stock" selection at "Default" and I have left the display settings blank.

My preferences are also set to allow the sale of a product when not in stock.

 

The message customers see when an item's stock is below 1 is Availability "Stock will be replenished for this product in a maximum of 7 days"

 

I'm beating myself up to find this text in the product.tpl file, or in front-end translations>theme (so i can change it)  but it's nowhere!

 

Please help!
