jeong Posted January 27, 2015 Share Posted January 27, 2015 Hi, I wanted to sum up my sales for the day, so I went to my back-office of prestashop 1.4.4.1 and click on stats tab and set the date, which I want to summarize the total sales of the day. So I get the total sum of the sales for the day, but when I compare the total sum from the stats tab and the orders tab (I set the same date here to compare the total sum of the sales for the day) but it differs to each other. I don't know what is going on. I want to know how exactly orders tab and stats tab calculates its sum and displays the summary of sales for the chosen day. I have attached an example of a day from the year 2013. (09.09.13) One is from the orders tab and the other is from the stats tab. As you can see, on 09/09/13, from the orders tab, it displays that I have sold total of $3,163 but on stats tab, it displays $3,247. How can I have 2 different sum of sales on same day from same website? Can someone please explain how each stats and orders tab calculates its sum of sales? Thank you in advance. Regards, Jeong.
