After order confirmation - blank page

Hi,

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.0.11 default theme. When I make an order and choose payment method (bank wire or cod), after pressing "i confirm my order" I'm getting the following error:

Fatal error: Uncaught --> Smarty Compiler: Syntax error in template "......./httpdocs/themes/default-bootstrap/mails/en/order_conf_product_list.txt" on line 2 "{$product[\'reference\']}" - Unexpected "\" <-- thrown in ......../httpdocs/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php on line 2

 

Can someone help me, and tell me where the problem is?

I've opened the "order_conf_product_list.txt" file, there aren't any "\" in the file...

your email translation file contains unaccepted symbols

you have to remove each backslash from these files.

I don't konw how this is possible, but there weren't any "\" in the file, today I've opened the file again and there are "\", so I deleted them, and everything is fine now. Maybe that's because I've used different software for editing...

I have an error message when a bank wire has been selected as payment method...So customer does not know whether his order is confirmed and is not getting any email confirmation.

 

In the back office page I can see that there is a new order, but when I open the order I get a very long POP up with below mentioned messages...I did not check but looks like the same message is repeated many times & I have to manually change the status of the order into "Awaiting Bank Payment", in order customer to receive the email confirmation with the bank details. This is not automatic while should be.

Somebody has the same problem? What I have to do?

Is this related with the recent update problems with the OGONE module

 

Should I check the order_config_product_list.txt file?

 

Where can I find the order_config_product_list.txt file?

 

Should I re-install the bank wire module?

Also the drop down menu in the order status on each order is full with manu identical OGONE status lines...& I'm convinced that I'm not the only person who is using Ogone...
