I split my country into two, which are Malaysia(WM) and Malaysia(EM), "Zones" to be West Malaysia and East Malaysia, added 16 states of my country in the "States".Lastly, I adjusted everything in "Carrier" and set is to be FREE SHIPPING when spending more than RM60 in each order.However, it turns out showing "FREE SHIPPING" even I spend less than RM60, and everything at the settings seem to be correct.Please help me. mikewra Posted January 25, 2015 Share Posted January 25, 2015 (edited) No, it's good that you didn't do it in cart rules. There are 2 places under shipping that have free shipping. One is carriers, the other is preferences. My free shipping is set under Preferences where the price is set for when that option kicks in. And I don't have the problem you are describing.
