The ADD ADDRESS button appears, they can add an address. However, after adding, there is no way for a customer to select an alternative address for the order! We both unchecked the "use billing address as delivery..." box, added a new address, but then there was no option to select an address. Both the client AND my test account have 3 addresses in.
