cann't access backoffice because of tutorial

HI,

 

I can't access anything on the backoffice as it's being blocked/covered up by a tutorial.

 

I have attached the image.

 

I can't close it (have tried clicking the X, clicking bring me to my theme etc etc).

 

It started after i installed a module on PS cloud (provides a tutorial in the front office after customer registers an account).

 

HOw do i uninstall the module since i can't access the backoffice?

 

Please help!

Hi,

 

Sorry about that. Here's the easy way to fix that.

Go this URL:

YOUR-SHOP-HERE.pswebshop.com/backoffice/index.php?controller=AdminModules&module_name=onboarding&reset

 

You'll have a warning saying this isn't secure (because of the missing token). Just accept and go ahead. The link will reset the module and everything should be back to normal.

Thanks for your reply, However that didn't work for me. When i use that link, it just goes to the 'My store' link. (https://www.prestashop.com/cloud/en/my-stores?init=listing).

I never got any warning message about a missing token. When i log into my backoffice the tutorial is still there. Please advise. Thanks! : )

Did you change YOUR-SHOP-HERE by the name of your shop?

Hi Lucas, I did change the "your-shop-here" to the name of my shop numerous times. I'm not sure what i did wrong but it works now. So thanks so much for your help! : )
