Can't log in into store back-office after upgrade to 1.6.0.11 - Internal Server Error

Hi all.

 

We've had this error message since Friday, 17th of Jan, when trying to login into the store back-office:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

I've tried to find out more about the error in the server configuration, but that has critical errors too (550 Can't change directory to init.php: Too many levels of symbolic links). I simply won't let me open the configuration folder. 

 

I started a support ticket 5 days ago, I've called Prestashop HQ and left messages (no one available to answer), but we haven't received any support from the PrestaShop team so far.

 

P.S. We started the store with the beta version 1.6.0.10

 

Can anyone please help? Any suggestions?
