[SOLVED] Unable to hook CMS block to display top

Hi

I am not able to hook CMS block to top of the page. It says this hook cannot be transplanted to this hook.

Also I had cart block already in the top of the page next to the Search button. I had unhooked it as my manager did not want it there. Now he has changed his mind. But if i try to hook it back i get the same error. This module cannot be transplanted to this hook. I don't understand this. It was already there once. Can anyone help me with this.

Well I managed to get the cart back. But i still need the CMS block.

" This module cannot be transplanted to this hook" It is mean that you need to have hook for displayTop. CMS install function does not have hook DisplayTop. Create it and it will work just fine. But you need to create it in override folder.
