However, yesterday someone managed to use that carrier for an order of a greater value than £20. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix it? With this particular carrier, parcels are only insured to a value of £20, so I don't want it to be available if the order totals more than that. Orders with a higher limit than that set for the carrier are still being offered the option. How do I change this? What am I doing wrong please?
