Texture / Image Problems

I seem to be having problems with the Product page. I have created a product with two variations (Maroon / Cream) I have stated that there is 10 of each product available and matched the texture image with the correct hoody colour. However, when it comes to the front of the shop, if I click on the small texture image of the cream hoodie OR the drop down box it says out of stock AND it doesn't change the image on the left hand side.
