dwhobbyshop Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Hello, i have a small question. Did use the search button Let's say i have from product A 1pcs in stock and product B no stock. I have in my shop allow backorder. Only problem is when customer 1 buys Product A and B as long as B is on backorder the quantity from A doens't change. So customer 2 sees the product is in stock, so he place the order. but acccutaly i don't have stock left because it's reserved for customer 1. So i want as soon as someone orders the quantity decreases, not only when my status is changed to shipped. I hope i explain it a little bit good.
