Check your PayPal order people!

PayPal is playing up again.

 

Five orders so far today, money in PayPal but order not confirmed / completed in the prestashop back office

 

So have a look at your abandoned carts. If any have a name with them, check your paypal account, they may well have completed the order

This is still ongoing for me and cannot be my site changes as we have not made any and also it is on three separate installations

Same problem, payments are showing in PayPal but no orders coming through into BO.

 

COD and abandoned carts are showing in BO though.

 

Just tried purchasing something from our site, goes through PayPal login and confirmation screens and then just hangs when trying to go back to our site.

 

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

This is happening again so everyone should check their back office for orders

PayPal is playing up again. No orders appearing in back office

 

This cannot be due to the prestashop modules can it? it is so intermittent. Works OK for weeks, then just stops for a few days then starts working again. Must be something PayPal are doing? Very very strange. But does need to be sorted somehow.
