Qubami Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 When I create a message in the Contact Us section of my shop site, I get all the necessary replies, however, the name is displayed as {Firstname} {Lastname} and not the customer name. The email message also says <no-sync> in the message line. I've looked through the mail files in shop/mails/en but don't see an error in the html code. Any thoughts ?
