Prestashop 1.6 - Not able to install ONLY CASH ON DELIVERY MODULES

HI ALL,

 

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL CASH ON DELIVERY ON MY SHOP, BUT I GET BELOW MESSAGE.

 

"mODULE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY"

 

WHEN I TURNED ON ERROR REPORTING. I FOUND BELOW

 

PrestaShopDatabaseException]

Duplicate entry '112-1-1' for key 'PRIMARY'
 

                    INSERT INTO `ez_module_currency` (`id_module`, `id_shop`, `id_currency`)
                    SELECT 112, "1", `id_currency` FROM `ez_currency` WHERE deleted = 0

 

 

NEED URGENT HELP

Kindly reset the module or uninstall it and then try to reinstall it..

do Clear cache also.

Its not working, i have already tried that 5 times.

do you have file cache enabled?  If so disable it then uninstall/install module

Thanks EI, I did follow your step, But no luck.

 

Still i see this error when Error reporting turned oN

This happens only COD and COD related modules.

 

Is it something to do with "Auto_Incriment" of ez_module_currency table? I did try droping table and creating it again. No luck.

Hi, it's very difficult to proceed using forum as any suggestion at this point requires experienced person to have access to db/files/back office.
