Currency rates autoupdate and Ebay, Allegro integration

Hi,

 

I am quite new to eCommerce and Prestashop. My question is probably basic one but I am looking for some kind of advise or information before I start to buy different modules and extensions.

 

I would like to have multi-currency shop: EUR, GBP, USD, PLN. My basic currency is PLN and I have set up rates auto updates. I would like to sell on different portal like Ebay (EUR, GBP), Allegro (PLN), Amazon (USD). Each uses different currency. Exchange rates are changing at least one a day. Prices are calculated based on rates so my question is how to deal with this kind of situations? What are technical and market standards. Do the extensions update all ebay, allegro, amazon entities each time the prestashop will update currency rates?

 

I am really looking forward to get any advice in this matter as I cannot find any valuable information on the internet.
