Beckspaced Posted December 7, 2014 Share Posted December 7, 2014 hello there ;-) i'm running PS with version 1.4.11 i got 2 delivery services configured and all is working fine delivery costs are calculated per weight DHL postal delivery service 0-10 kg 10-20 kg 20-30kg if the weight is heavier than 30 kg we do shipping 30-50kg 50-100kg 100-200kg and so on ... all is working properly and based on the weight PS offers me the right delivery service BUT i also have to define a standard delivery service. in my case it is DHL delivery services are also configured to be disabled once the product weight doesn't match the weight classes setup in the delivery services e.g. i got product with weight 2kg then i won't get delivery service shipping offered in the checkout process if product weights 45kg i won't get DHL offered but now my standard delivery service is DHL and a customer adds a product with weight of, e.g. 42kg (or whatever weight but must be more than DHL max weight) to the shopping cart, then delivery costs will be displayed as 0,00 euro which is logical as standard delivery service DHL doesn't have a weight & price class configured for products heavier as 30 kg so it all makes perfect sense but the customer first thinks that there are no shipping costs but once the customer goes through the checkout process then PS calculates the proper shipping fee. this is not so nice ;-( anyone here who can give me a hint on how to fix this? any help would be really nice ;-) thanks & greetings becki Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
