domorodecmezilidmi Posted November 26, 2014 Share Posted November 26, 2014 (edited) Hello, I have just found very weird thing, that when customer needs to send eshop another additional information, from his order review - usually he logs in, goes to orders, choose the one - and down is field for sending message. It is successfully sent out but not delivered, cause there is some other email somewhere - I already don´t use - and I am not able to find where this could be. From screen you see which module I am talking about. Could you give me a hand to tell - where this email - for recipient usually eshop could be to be modify? Thank you so much ---------------------------------------------------------- Consulted with hosting and issue was with redirecting email to old one.
