Ozgur1 Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Hello everybody, When i try to sign in, i see a problem. It is written : " There is 1 error Authentication failed." Version in Presta 1.6 This happens when i try to sign in or a customer tries to sign in. I have no problem for admin sign in. I have just updated presta but the problems isnt solved. When i try to retrieve password (forgot your password), i see the problem : " There is 1 error An error occurred while sending the email."
