Dominic78
This message is displayed when there are no carriers assigned to a zone at which your selected country resides. Please note that in PS, you have to select Zones for which the carrier will be available. And you have to make sure that the country for which you provides shipping are in those zones. Lets say you have two carriers A and B and also consider Pakistan, which is in Asia. Now, if no carrier has Asia zone, then for Pakistan, you will get that message. Now if you have assigned carrier A to Asia zone , then only A will be displayed to Pakistan. And if you have assigned carrier A and B both to Asia zone, then for Pakistan, both will be shown. I hope this will help.
AlanWooler
Ok I am trying to set up a new shop. I have installed version 1.6.0.1.4 and have set it up. I created a test customer, logged in and added an item to the basket to find out there are no carriers that can ship to my location. I have set up as below: Country: United Kingdom Zone: United Kingdom Country United Kingdom uses zone 'United Kingdom' Carrier ships to United Kingdom I can't see what I am ding wrong or how PS needs to be adjusted differently. I have taken screen shots of all the areas that I believe need to be set to get the carrier to work. Can somebody take a look at my screen shots and tell me what I am doing wrong as currently my shop is off-line and I can't sell anything. The image is broken into sections showing the different screens: 1. Shows my Countries 2. Shows my Zones 3. Shows my Country and the zone that it has been told to use 4. My Carriers 5. The zones the carrier is set to send to 6. Shows what the customer sees when they go to the checkout.

AlanWooler
Forgot to show this, but this is also the size restrictions for the carrier, which you can see if larger than the product size.

AlanWooler
You star, you absolute star. What a noob I am. The reason was that the standard weights ar e in Kg, but most of my components are only 2-5 grams, so thought I would change the default Kg to g. I updated everything, but obviously not the maximum wait, so rather than being the original 0.75 Kg it changed to 0.75g. Doh! Thank you so much for your help.
