mohrt Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 We are using Paypal module 1.3.8, I don't see a way to do a simple manual partial refund. On our website we often need to refund part of the shipping cost for International orders. I don't see a way to do this. Additionally, it doesn't look like any of the existing refund options refund the Paypal account. Am I understanding this correctly? If so, why not?
