web page blocked

Hi,

 

I have been trying to update the CMS details for our website but keep getting the following:-

 

Web Page Blocked!

The page cannot be displayed. Please contact the administrator for additional information.

ID: 20000010
Client IP: xxxxxxx

 

I have updated these several times but I am now getting the above message.

 

Any ideas where I should be looking?

this is now happening when I try to add a new product and hit save.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated as I could do with updating a few things on the website.

I take it nobody has any ideas as to the cause?

it's not related to prestashop, 

prestashop can't "block" website etc.

 

it's a case of hosting configuration (i bet on some security stuff)

as it was mentioned in communicate you saw, contact with your host for detailed explanation
