aee156 Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) I have a 1.5 version prestashop that runs paypal usa / Canada. The problem I am having is when I get an order, it only comes through Paypal. My size, color options as well as coupon codes are not recorded through my store. In my back office, the customers info only shows up in the customers area not the orders. For some reason the customer goes directly to Paypal and checks out without any shopping cart data from prestashop included. Anybody have this problem before? There is an order and paypal emails them about the order, however, in the back office of their Prestashop, the customer details are only in the customers section, not in the orders section. There is no sign of the order at all. I found another thread online saying to delete the current module, go to the Prestashop addons and redownload the module.
