tzeern Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) does anyone have problems maintaining login when accessing the back office. each time i click on a tab while in the back office, i'm brought back to the login page again, and tehre's no way i can change anything. however, i noticed that this does not occur on another network, though both were on dynamic ip. disabling the check cookie ip helps, but it does not explain why when the option is enabled, it works on 1 network but not another! In fact, when i first installed prestashop, it actually worked well for a few weeks when i accessed from both networks. It's only recently that 1 network failed, and thus i had to disable check ip on cookie option.
