benwiggy Posted November 14, 2014 Share Posted November 14, 2014 Help! Emails from my site are not getting through to my mailbox. I've requested a password change, but I don't get the email, so I'm locked out. Other emails to that mailbox do get to me. I've checked my Spam filter: nothing there. People have said that they have used the Contact form on my site, but I haven't received it. Is there any way that I can set the email/password using the SQL database directly? I realise this sounds dodgy, but as I've got access to the SQL DB and the hosting site itself, then I could overwrite/delete the whole thing anyway. I'm using Prestashop 1.3.
