How to change sender name of Contact Form confirmation emails

Hi,

 

When using the contact form. It uses the the Title field in the Customer/Contact settings as both the contact form Subject selection and also the email sender's name. Is it possible to have them different? I would like to using something generic such as "Customer Service" on the contact form selection box, but something like "Store Name - Customer Service" as the email sender's name when customers receive the confirmation email.
