Changing email used for answering customer messages

I have a problem with with PS customer messages, practically when an employee answer to a customer messages, the message sent is sent with the email of the employee, in fact oftet the customer answer directly to those emails.

The problem is that emails are also personal email, there's not a way to let PS use always the default email saved in settings instead of using emplyee email?
