[SOLVED] which folder to put the HTML verification file to google?

Hi,

 

I have created the sitemap with the Google sitemap module in Prestashop.

 

In google, tools for webmaster, I would like to submit my website. 

Google generated html file and asks me to put it in http://www.mydoamin.com/

 

I have installed prestashop in the root. So I find it in public_html 

but I have not figured out where I need to copy the file. 

 

Who knows where I need to copy it to allow google to verify that the site is of my property?

I put in public_html folder, the file google test, but the test does not work.

I have tried using the following url:

 

http://compraloinofferta.com/

http://www.compraloinofferta.com/

 

The message I get after Google tried to check the website is as follows:

 

Verification failed to http://www.compraloinofferta.com/ using the HTML file method (3 hours ago). Your verification file was not found.

 

Maybe it's a problem with the hosting?

The hosting provider has responded to my e-mail.

It was as I thought.

I did login to the cpanel on the old server.

 

Now it all works.
