[Solved]Automatic scroll of page

Hi, I would like to ask you if you could please advise me how to make this. When customer buy some product and go to checkout page for registration, he may chose not to register but to fill out one page checkout. But registration is on the first page in top position and this form is below which causes that if customer doesn´t scroll down he doesn´t even know that there is such option. Could you please advise me how to do automatic scrolling of page to this position? or to this form or to position I can set up by myself?
