Categories description does is not changing

Hi,

 

After I changed the category description, on the webpage it shows the same old text. Prestashop 1.6.0.9.

If you click on every category on the top horizontal menu it shows old text.

Cache is not active. Minimal_16_theme

There is only one language active. I don't understand why . If I deactivate one category it still shows.
