how to put cart block to nav

 Hi,

I moved Shopping cart to nav bar.

I did shopping cart by associating with the displayTOP. it is right.

 

but When I change the screen size then shopping cart/basket are shifting.Also 

when I changed  it (col-sm-4, header .row #header_logo {

widht:33.33333% then change logo size.

 

How do I place Shopping Cart independently at the nav bar.

 

I arrange search block,shoping cart,user info block to navbar.
