Subcategories get put in the ROOT when deleting categorie pictures

Hi guyes.

Have a little issue regarding categories.

Frist let me say I updated from 1,5 to 1,6 an bought a theme.

My problem is in the old shop (1,5) i had added cartegorie/sub categorie pictures.

Now i want to delete them, as it workes better without them in the new shop

But everytime i delete a image the category get's put in the root.

 

The way it sould be:

ROOT => Categories => Subcategorie => Subcategorie => Produkts

 

but when deleting a pic it get's like this:

 

Root => categorie

     => Subcategorie => Subcategorie

 

I'm using "Pts Vertical Megamenu"
