False error with the Skrill payment

When the costomer pays with Skrill, a payment error appears in the BO, and an email is sent to the client for this error.

It reality, that the payment is correct, appears in Skrill, and the Skrill send email to the customer that the payment is correct.

How to fix it and if not, how I can change the message (email) to the client, changing the expected error confirmation or something?

Where is the text of the e Skrill?
