shipping calculation - usps module

Dear sir/Madam,

I have used USPS module for shipping calculation. I have try it in demo
server which we called as staging server. I have try it in test mode and i
got no error and shipping rate is displaying as '1' always.

1. How can i get real shipping rate?
2. Does shipping charge needs weight as mandatory or it can be calculated
based only on size also.
Please advice.

Yes, USPS module needs wight because the real time cost for shipping will be calculated based on the weight just like the regular post office.

By the way...does yours calculate International Shipping coz, I have installed the USPS shipping module and it calculates only Domestic US, not international. Any idea how to fix this?
