JRFerreira Posted September 26, 2014 Share Posted September 26, 2014 Hi there, i'm trying to configure my newsletter module and when i put a number on the voucher subscriber, gives me an error. Only accept values <1, so i tried to put 0.5 to test it. When i receive a letter (as a customer), only says that i have a voucher of 0.5 (don't say if is money or %), and don't send the voucher code. crisb Posted September 29, 2014 Share Posted September 29, 2014 Hi Junior, The problems is that your adding values when in reality you need to add the Voucher Code that you create. That's what you need to do: 1. Go to Cart Rules and create a voucher with the discount value that you want, also date of expiration,etc After the voucher is created go to the Newsletter Module and add the Code there (i.e NEW10% ) save and when people sign up they should be receiving the 10% discount voucher.
