Top column active in live view but don't show anything(only work on front page)

Hi guys hoping you can help with this I'm using PS 1.6 with the default theme my url is http://test.directespana.dk/proveprestashop/

 

 

 

I'm trying to setup the image slider on the category page in the top column. I can see it been hook in the live view but the image slider won't show pictures in it. if I set the configuration to show on the homepage it shows images in the slider if I set the hook to be in the homepage and the category page it only shows pictures on the homepage no matter what I do it won't work on the top column under the category page.

really hope you can help I attached 2 pictures from the home page and the category page in live view

 

I haven made any rules for not showing under the settings for the images slider so all is standard

 

I removed the slider again from the front page only activated for the picture put it's still active under category if any goes to look at the code

 

AND JUST FOR THE RECORD it's only theme and image module that is the problem
