Checkout process - Address is not need it

Hi guys

 

I was wondering why I cannot disable the step 3 of the checkout process,  "Address Creation" through Preference/Customer/Only Account Creation option. I'm going to sell virtual services, so, the address is not necessary.

On the other hand, at step 4.Terms, if I click on the link to see the note, it leads me into an odd page of 'terms and conditions', without any button around it. So the user cannot come back into the checkout page. Its I kind of blind page, weird indeed.

Remove this line from order-opc.tpl

I've deleted the line from the file located on themes/default/order-opc.tpl, still the address is there.

 

Any other suggestion?

you may be using 5 steps checkout.

so that you have to look into order-steps.tpl file and remove 3rd step link or comment out link.

 

Also look for initContent function in OrderController.php for redirection and change as per need in switch case.
