Supplier logos not showing

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help me please.

When I go to the suppliers list (called designers on this site), the logo images do not show up. Only the default 'image not available' is there.

I have uploaded and checked that the images are in the correct folder and the file names match the supplier ID. The CHMOD is also correct.

I would be really grateful if anyone has any ideas what the problem might be. Many thanks.

It may caused by the GD problem. You shoud confirm your php has GD module which includes gif,png and jpg supporting.

Thank you for replying. I don't what GD module is though. Please could you tell me how to do this?

put the file phpinfo.php on your web path on server to view the displaying page and to confirm your GD lib support

Thank you again. It would seem that this is not the issue though. All file type support enabled.

i'm having the same problem here.
my manufacturers images display fine but the suppliers just display the default "no image available"

is this a known bug or.. ?
