TeslasGhost Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Hi, I am having trouble importing products into my shop with CSV file. I am new to this so any would be greatly appreciated. I exported a "CSV" file into excel, and deleted all the products I had in there except for one. I then modified that product keeping in line with the header. Since I am working on LocalHost, I changed the picture value to 0, as I will add photos later (I dont know how prestashop deals with the photos, so I will just add them manually) - a pain i know... I then "imported" that CSV file into the products area, skipping row 1 for the header. Its says it was successful, but doesnt appear in my products page, and of course nowhere in my actual website. Im building a budget coin shop, so many products are required to make it worthwhile and I dont want to have to add them all manually. God knows where this information went. Please help.... monpoulet Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Hi, Have you looked the "root" category of your products ? Perhaps ceck thjis out.
