richnwood Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Hi, I'm a fairly new user using prestashop 1.6. Finding it really useful. However, one of my products is a large mp3 file that I would like my customers to download once paid for. When I try to upload the MP3 file, I'm getting this message: "File "[NameOfMp3file].mp3" is missing :Server file name : [random aphapnumerics]" I have changed the "Maximum size for a downloadable product " option to well above the size of the file, so there should not be a problem. I have also loaded the file directly to my server using SFTP, so my server is not rejecting the file. Can anyone help me with this, please?
