Chmod configuration on cache folder

I have made a Prestashop 1.5.4.1 where chmod configuration doesn't stay on the cache folder.

 

I explain : my customer added products and then he got an error of unwritten cache folder. So I did the chmod 777 permission on the folder and the problem was fixed.

 

And then after 3 - 4 days the same error appeared. So I redid the chmod permission.

 

This came 4 or 5 times each time that my customer want to add products. It's very boring...

 

Can someone help me please ?

what permission this directory has after automatic change?

I got the message "failed to open dir: Permission denied"... but how can I know the current permission of the folder ? I will check it for the next error.

typically you can use ftp program, the right click  the remote folder or file to get permissions.

That feature has been disabled only for that directory. I have it like for every other one...
