Unable To Set Order Numbers ( Solved )

Hello Friends,

 

I am trying to set order number from 1. I tried that set invoice number option. I have used delete number free module.

 

I am getting error massage as " Invalid invoice number.1008)"

 

Will be great if anyone do needful.

what you mean by "I am trying to set order number from 1." ? how you're trying to set invoice number to 1?

I have used your module only to delete all test orders. After deleting all orders, I went to set invoice number option through the backend panel.

 

i.e. in orders - invoices - set order number.

 

But after putting 1 over there I am getting above error massage.

you need to reset invoices counter (auto_increment)

in ps_orders_invoice table

 

there is no other way to achieve it, even with or without module

Do I have to select all values which are under "`ps_order_invoice" & have to delete am I right?

yes, remove invoices,

and restore auto_increment value to "1"

in phpmyadmin there is an option to "TRUNCATE" table, this option does all of this with one mouse click
