Easy $20 buck for the right person

I am looking to have the basic framework for a module put together for me.  I have 20 years programming experience just none with PHP and the PrestaShop framework is new to me.  I'm trying to avoid spending hours learning the interface of this system by getting a basic module put together that I can build on to fit my needs.

 

Nothing too complex, basically need it to provide a page that checks inventory of products and displays based on inventory and can directly add items to shopping cart based on options selected on this page.

 

What I would be looking for from you:

- module zip package that can be uploaded via backend and works as expected

- themed page with header and footer that can be accessed via a url

- DB inquiry for a product, it's attributes and inventory

- if/than based on above inquiry

- button that adds product directly to the shopping cart with customizable attribute and price

 

This shouldn't take the right person more than an hour, so I think $20 is a fair price.

 

FYI: I am using PrestaShop 1.5 so module should be compatible with this version and if possible also with 1.6
