FoodFromCyprus Posted July 3, 2014 Share Posted July 3, 2014 Hi Guys, I am unable to upload/insert images to product descriptions. When I try to upload an image I get the error message 'The folder path is not allowed' (see below attached image). I have also taken a screenshot of the image upload dialog box (see attached image - 'Folder Path). You will notice that the images are in the folder .../img/cms/ (I uploaded them there via ftp) whilst under 'Folder Information', next to folder there is just a '/'. Also the 'Select' button is missing hence I cannot even select any of the existing images. Is it something to do with my URL setup? I have switched on 'Friendly URLs' and regenerated the .htaccess file successfully. I have attached another screenshot of my URL Setup page. I am using Presta 1.4.4.0 and the free theme Matrice.
