Warning after creating admin order

We are getting below warning after creating or updating an order in admin side. This is after upgrading to 1.6.0.8 from 1.6.0.8.

Further the search of various fields in admin side works only when the search button is clicked unlike earlier when we hit enter in each text search box, the filter was working.

 

Any solution how to correct the warning would be helpful.
