Basically we need to create an option were we have 2 types of customers, cash and also account customers which should be set up in registrations. The system should allow an account customer to load their shopping cart and choose their delivery address. Were they would be prompted to select a method of payment the system should re-direct the purchase order (with a purchase order number) to "management" for authority before being sent to us for processing.
