How to setup order tracking

I have my new store up and running. I got a couple of orders. I put in the tracking info BUT.... it does not show up anywhere. How and where is the order tracking supposed to display? It is not being sent in emails, does not show up on the order history pages or any place else in the front end/ customer area.

 

I have added the tracking link with the @ in place of the tracking number when I setup the carrier. I added the tracking number to the order. Where is this supposed to show up? I got nothing!

 

HELP! I am so lost here. The tracking links are from USPS but other will be from UPS and FedEx as well.

OK, I think I found the problem but.... WTH happened? I have 43 carriers listed in the database. Not the 6 I actually setup. I have 7 that are all listed as "Ground", All with a different id_carrier number. Is that normal? Should I delete all but one of them? Any guidance would be much appreciated.
