mattkline Posted June 19, 2014 Share Posted June 19, 2014 I'm having some issues here guys, Canada is being classified as the same shipping rate as the US. I've tried to delete north america as a zone and also have added but but to no avail the fees just keep showing up the same on the checkout page.. There is a different rate for both US and Canada but for some unknown reason my Canadian customers are still being charged for US shipping fee.I hope someone can help! This has been driving me nuts.. I've attached some screenshots of the back end with the rates and also of my cart showing the same shipping rate for a canadian and us order.
